For a long time, Yashish Dahiya was the face of Policybazaar, the largest insurance aggregator in India. In February last year, Dahiya became Group CEO, delegating a large part of the business execution of Policybazaar to close friend Sarbvir Singh, while Paisabazaar continues to be run by Naveen Kukreja.

Cofounder Alok Bansal took the role of Group CFO in June this year.

Dahiya and Bansal founded ETech Aces, the group company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, in 2008. A decade later, in August 2018, the company launched its healthcare business DocPrime. In September 2020, the holding company changed its name to PB Fintech.

Dahiya still works closely with each of the group companies, driving the businesses from his London residence. A former employee at Policybazaar who has worked closely with Dahiya said the cofounder continues to hold meetings at 9 am IST, which means he would be up at the dead of the night in that part of the world.
