SaaS dealmaking to get further boost with largest fund to be raised by active founders

Freshworks cofounder Girish Mathrubootham and Eka Software founder Manav Garg have launched a venture capital fund—Together—to back new-age software services startups emerging out of India, said four people briefed on the matter.

The fund is targeting an $80 million corpus to be raised primarily from other tech entrepreneurs and operators from India and across the world, as per the funds deck reviewed by The CapTable.
