Edtech startup Unacademy has been on a tear for the past two years, benefiting from the pandemic-triggered adoption of online education tools.
Between September 2020 and August 2021, the seven-year-old company raised over $700 million, bringing large investors such as SoftBank, Tiger Global and Temasek to its cap table. Its valuation has increased over seven times to hit $3.4 billion.
