Kamesh Shekar leads the Privacy and Data Governance vertical at the Dialogue (Tech policy think based out of New Delhi, India). Kamesh works on various research projects which identify and analyse the emerging policy challenges with evolving digital technologies which use data as the backbone for hastening service delivery while realising the economic value of data. He also studies the impact of emanating policy and regulations on the data-driven technology ecosystem, especially actively contributing to the discourse on India’s upcoming Data Protection Regime.
