If FY23 was a year of acquisitions for Shiprocket, FY24 was a year of consolidation as the company sought to fully integrate its various purchases. This has meant a reorganisation of the company’s structure and even a reshuffle amongst its leadership.

4 MINS READThe final quarter of the year ended March 2024 (FY24) was particularly eventful for logistics solutions unicorn Shiprocket. The Zomato-backed company expanded into cross-border e-commerce fulfilment, launched its revenue financing arm, and saw its co-founder, Vishesh Khurana, being announced as head of Tribe Capital’s India operations.
These developments were a sudden flurry of activity after a fiscal year that was largely one of consolidation for Shiprocket, having acquired six e-commerce enablement companies in the year prior. These acquisitions included retail software solutions provider Omuni, intra-city trucking aggregator RocketBox, and logistics management solutions provider Pickrr, among others.
