Earlier this month, Bengaluru-based Snabbit announced that it had overtaken Urban Company’s InstaHelp to become the largest player in India’s quick home services market.
The startup claimed that it completed 1.5 million jobs in June, ahead of Urban Company’s 1.4 million and Pronto’s 0.8 million, positioning itself as the “category leader” in the quick home services market.
Snabbit—which operates across 10 cities and over 150 micro-markets—defines a “job” as a completed customer booking, including those made through promotional offers. According to the company, its growth has been driven by a “depth-over-breadth” strategy.
